Overseas Nepalese Liaison Department (ONLD)

Overseas Nepalese Liaison Department (ONLD) was formed in May 2023 as a conjoined organization of Nepalese residing in the UK who have hope, faith and trust towards the National Independent Party (Rastriya Swatantra Party-RSP) established in Nepal. The main objective of this organization is to provide needed support, cooperation, and coordination to the National Independent Party for achieving its political goals. Another purpose of the organization is to find ways to solve the problems faced by the UK resident Nepalese through political efforts.

About Rastriya Swatantra Party-RSP

Rashtriya Swatantra Party of Nepal was registered with the Election Commission on June 17, 2079. The formation of a national independent party with the commitment to improve the standard of living so that the Nepalese people realize the aspirations of sustainable peace, good governance, development, and prosperity as envisioned by the Constitution of Nepal. Embracing the national sovereignty inherent in the Nepalese people, considering the national interests of Nepal as paramount, promoting a responsive and people-participative democratic state governance system. After making a public announcement on June 07-2079, the Rastriya Swatantra Party was established.

RSP is different from others, Why?

There are many parties in Nepal. However, RSP is different from other parties for the following reasons:

  • Early Election System.
  • No fraternal organization.
  • Without party workers.
  • Majority of youth.
  • Any Nepali who is an ordinary member of the party can directly reach the chairman.
  • Sovereignty vested in party members themselves.
  • Party members have the right to raise agenda, policies, and ideas.
  • Transformational leadership system.
